Innoture, the manufacturers of award-winning micro-channelling skincare technology Radara™ are pleased to announce the appointment of Church Pharmacy as a distribution partner for the Radara product range. From July 2018, Radara Crow’s Feet and Radara Eye can now be purchased directly from Innoture, or through Church Pharmacy.

“In just two years, we’ve seen Radara go from a technological concept to an award-winning skincare brand, which has held its own in a highly competitive market and garnered support from a wealth of top aesthetic practitioners and national clinics” says Ken Jones, CEO of Innoture. “This partnership means we can now provide an expanded distribution for Radara across the UK and Ireland, to meet the increased demand we are seeing from clinics looking for a proven, innovative addition to their aesthetic practice.”

This announcement comes shortly after the trade launch of the latest addition to the Radara skincare portfolio: Radara EYE. The new extended patch has been specifically designed to target ageing skin concerns across both the crows’ feet and under-eye (tear trough) areas, delivering intense hydration and diminishing fine lines and wrinkles for a smoother, firmer feel. Studies show that the innovative, targeted and painless Radara technology delivers smoother, firmer skin and reduces fine lines and wrinkles by an average of 35% after 28 days.

Aesthetic practitioners now have two micro-channelling skincare products to choose from within the RADARA family, depending on their patient’s individual needs and skincare concerns:

  • RADARA ‘Crow’s Feet’: The original patch, designed to effectively target crow’s feet (lateral canthal) lines
  • RADARA ‘Eye’: The newest patch design for the total eye area, covering both the crow’s feet and under-eye areas

“We are excited to be working with Innoture in this partnership” says Zain Bojani, Director of Church Pharmacy. “At Church Pharmacy, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality products within our portfolio, alongside industry-leading customer service so the addition of the Radara micro-channelling skincare range to our offering is a great fit.”

About RADARA

RADARA micro-channelling patches are manufactured by Innoture Medical Technology Ltd from a medical grade polymer which is ISO 10993 biocompatibility tested. The materials used to create the patches are all FDA approved for human use in clinical applications and currently in use within medical device components.

The plastic structures are less than half a millimetre long and are specifically designed to gently create micro-channels into the skin, down through the stratum corneum and epidermis. These micro-channels quickly heal, meaning that RADARA can be used on a daily basis for a number of weeks. RADARA is not recommended for use to boost the effect of any other topical products, due to the complex additives such as dyes or fragrances incorporated.

RADARA contains biodegradable, non-pyrogenic, viscoelastic, clear, colourless, homogenized, vegan gel which consists of HA. It is very pure, containing just six ingredients and is highly concentrated, with 6% HA (2% high molecular weight and 4% ultra-low molecular weight). This allows the HA molecules to be active in all layers of the skin.
